Electrostatic charge is most commonly created by the contact and separation of two materials and this can be a huge problem within the electronics industry. Critical devices and assemblies are susceptible to these electrostatic charges and here at Columbus we provide conductive and static dissipative trays to protect components during manufacture, storage and transit.

Conduct-A-Pak.

Columbus provides an electrostatic solution with their Conduct-A-Pak try range. These trays can be designed to suit a specific need or one of many standard trays available. This has proven to be a very popular and effective solution for our clients Renishaw PLC who have been using our containers for over 10 years.

 

Renishaw use over 50 bespoke Conduct – A – Pak trays provided by Columbus. Our continued success with Renishaw has been our ability to design and deliver bespoke containers for use in their production process.
